Welcome to Baked by P, a home-based cottage food bakery operated by Paolo in Riverside County, California.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and policies.

1. Our Products

All items are handmade in small batches with simple, high-quality ingredients.
We operate under California’s Cottage Food Law and may only sell non-perishable baked goods directly to local customers.
No products are shipped outside California.

2. Ordering & Pickup

Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
Pickup is available from my home porch in Riverside County (exact address provided after your order is confirmed).
Please pick up your order during the arranged time window to ensure freshness.

3. Payments

We accept Venmo, Zelle, or Webador checkout.
Full payment is required to confirm your order.

4. Refunds & Replacements

If an item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact me within 24 hours at

I’m happy to offer a replacement or refund for the affected items.
Because products are made fresh to order, we can’t offer refunds for change of mind or missed pickups.

5. Allergen Notice

All products are made in a home kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts.
Cross-contamination may occur even if ingredients are not present in a specific recipe.

6. Food Safety Statement

Our kitchen is registered and operates under California Cottage Food Operations regulations (Riverside County Health Department).
Products are not subject to routine government inspection.

7. Privacy & Communication

Your contact and payment information are used only to process and deliver your order.
We never share or sell personal data.
You may occasionally receive updates or offers from Baked by P; you can opt out anytime.
